Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 72 hours notice. We are happy to reschedule your appointment. We understand there can be unforeseen circumstances that prohibit you from canceling or rescheduling your appointment within the requested 72 hours of your reserved time with us. Please note, if you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your appointment, there may be a deposit required to schedule future appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reserved time with us, the appointment may be canceled and need to be rescheduled. Please note, there may be a deposit required to schedule future appointments.
